| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Workspace owner | Create boards, invite, import, configure sharing, alerts and billing. |
| Host member | Create and edit tasks (internal or shared), comment, review meeting proposals. |
| Partner member | View shared work, comment, update status on partner-owned tasks. |
| Anonymous viewer | Read-only public board. No identity, no comments. |
Authorization is enforced in the database with row-level security, not only in the interface.
