Client project status template
A status update built around the seven questions clients actually ask — and who owns each next move. Copy it into an email, or use it as a live shared lane.

How to use it
- What changed — only changes since the last update, newest first.
- Blocked — the owner, how late, and what it unblocks.
- Waiting on each side — label both sides with company and role (“teamW2S - Agency”, “Acme - Client”) so nobody has to guess.
- Approvals — mark items that need a decision, not work.
- Next move — one line: whose move is it now?
Leave out estimates, sprint names, internal assignees and internal discussion — the client doesn’t need them and some of it shouldn’t leave the agency.
The same structure as a live, always-current page: open the example lane. More patterns in how to share project status with clients.
