Meeting transcripts

Transcripts create proposals. People create commitments.

How it works

Open Meetings → Add transcript, choose the board and paste text or upload a .txt or .vtt file.
AlignLane extracts commitments, decisions and blockers with owners and dates.
Each proposal shows a source quote, a High / Medium / Low confidence label and possible duplicate tasks.
Approve, edit or dismiss. Approved items become shared tasks linked to the meeting.

AI never creates tasks or sends messages on its own. Identical transcripts are cached, so re-uploading reuses the earlier result.

Retention

Workspace owners can delete a transcript at any time. Deleting a transcript keeps approved tasks but removes the text and pending proposals.
