Setup

  1. In Teams, open Workflows and create a flow from the “Post to a channel when a webhook request is received” template.
  2. Copy the generated HTTP POST URL.
  3. In AlignLane, open Settings → Alerts → Add destination → Teams, paste the URL, pick events and send a test.

Microsoft directs new webhook scenarios to Workflows; legacy Microsoft 365 connectors are not the recommended path.
