Who counts as a user?
Read-only public-link viewers never count. Signed-in host and partner contributors count toward the limits shown in your plan.
What is an active task?
Any task not completed or archived. Finishing work never pushes you over a limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing date.
Is there a founding price?
Our first design partners get a founding price or an extended Scale trial in exchange for weekly feedback.
Do you offer annual billing?
Monthly at launch. Annual billing and invoicing are available on Enterprise.
